Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, Data Strategy & Governance, you will:

• Lead solution delivery engagements.
• Define, refine, and document client requirements.
• Develop sophisticated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using diverse tools.

• Collaborate effectively with consultants across different regions and practices.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s or graduate degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• 4-6 years of experience in data governance or data management.
• Strong foundation in database systems and data integration.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Solid project management skills, especially overseeing data-related projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and data modeling tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
