Role Overview: Supply Chain Analyst – Last Mile Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategies to achieve delivery experience, sales, and profitability goals.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
  • Streamline and simplify complex business processes through technology.
  • Utilize data and metrics to understand the business, identify improvement areas, and measure action impact.
  • Foster intellectual curiosity about operational improvement opportunities.

About You:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with SQL, ETL, and BI tools (Tableau, Domo, etc.) in a large-scale, complex environment.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Creative problem-solving approach.
  • Proven track record of ownership and results-driven.
  • Capability to make decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in distribution or transportation.
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Hive.
  • Knowledge of R and Python.
