What you’ll achieve

As a Business Intelligence Manager for Supply Chain, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will influence decisions based on analytics insights and engage in performance and program management for projects across all regions. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization and as a trusted partner for customer-centric KPIs you will have a profound impact on customer satisfaction.

You will:

• Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to demand planning leadership. Provide analytical and business intelligence support to a business unit with the ability to work on projects and manage stakeholders across business verticals & regions
• Define projects, collect requirements, write detailed plans, and coordinate efforts across teams
• Monitor and maintain automations post-implementation and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective
• Design, run and implement reporting to support the demand planning teams and collaborate with other groups to provide feedback and help in process improvement

Essential Requirements  

• 5+ yrs. with a Master’s Degree in Data Management or other related field.
• Demonstrable advanced SQL knowledge.
• Ability to create medium to complex queries and procedures in PostgreSQL and Teradata. Working knowledge in tools such as R-studio, Advanced SQL & SSIS. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with proven expertise in reporting. Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to maintain databases, cleanse and validate data as needed, develop database logic to extract required information for reporting.
