Role and Responsibilities

As a leader in our data science team, you will:

• Engage with clients to understand their analytical needs and extract valuable insights from complex data environments.
• Lead the development of sophisticated algorithms and data management systems.
• Utilize advanced tools and frameworks to translate disparate data sets into clear, actionable findings for strategic decision-making.
• Employ your expertise in AI and machine learning technologies to enhance supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Over 10 years of experience addressing data science challenges within supply chain management.
• At least 5 years dedicated to data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining.
• Proven capability in statistical and general-purpose programming languages used in data analysis.
• Expertise in leading complex data-driven projects in logistics and supply chain management.
• A track record of implementing Agile practices and developing predictive data models.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Top Secret clearance.

Additional Skills

Experience with:

• Algorithm development using R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL.
• Distributed data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or EMR.
• Data visualization tools such as Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2.
