Join HP as a Supply Chain Environmental Data Lead

We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Environmental Data Lead to help propel our Climate initiatives forward, particularly within the logistics sector.

Position Overview

This role provides a unique opportunity to become part of HP’s Climate Team, reporting directly to the Climate Director. Your primary focus will be managing and enhancing data processes and sustainability initiatives across our supply chain to achieve our ambitious environmental targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Climate and Supply Chain Operations teams to boost supplier data integrity and enforce stringent controls on environmental data.
• Work closely with the Data Management Team to integrate supply chain environmental data for enhanced collection, processing, and reporting.
• Lead the continuous improvement of our supplier environmental data management practices.
• Develop and maintain tools to track and report on supplier sustainability data and progress toward HP’s sustainability goals.
• Generate documentation and act as the primary point of contact for supplying data related to regulatory, reporting, and market needs.
• Support in crafting communications materials and manage data for developing training resources and frequently asked questions.
• Collaborate with experts in carbon footprinting to refine supplier data management tools, focusing on carbon reduction initiatives.

Required Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in supplier data management, carbon footprinting, and supply chain sustainability.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven expertise in supply chain sustainability and data management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
