Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Global Supply Chain team. Your main tasks will include analyzing large data sets, maintaining and developing Tableau reports, implementing data quality controls, and troubleshooting data issues to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely publication of GSC analytics dashboards with high accuracy.
• Analyze data to deliver both prescriptive and descriptive insights to optimize supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards utilizing diverse data sources such as SAP BW and Amazon Web Services.
• Create and manage ETL workflows with Alteryx, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Work closely with global supply chain teams to define requirements and resolve data queries.

About You:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining Tableaushboardshboards and Alteryx workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS, and familiarity with data warehouse technologies like SAP BW, Amazon Web Services (Athena), or Snowflake.
• An understanding of supply chain concepts and previous experience in the pharmaceuticals industry are preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Available to work from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
