Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Business Intelligence Teams excel in data processing, mining, and delivering insights through advanced analytics tools and services. We are excited to announce an opening for a Supervisor role within our AD&M Pricing & Product Management team. This pivotal position leads the implementation of analytics initiatives across multiple functions worldwide, driving top-line growth and operational efficiencies.

Your Role: As a Supervisor, you will guide our Business Intelligence team, enhancing automation in reporting and optimizing information flow. This role involves close collaboration with leaders in product management and pricing to align business priorities with data analytics, fostering growth, improving customer experiences, and increasing operational efficiencies. You will transform strategies into actionable projects with clear execution timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the data analytics strategy, promoting a robust data culture.
• Define scope, allocate resources effectively and generate valuable business insights.
• Apply advanced data modeling and analytical techniques to uncover enterprise insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Prepare compelling presentations to clearly communicate business values and insights.
• Explore potential solutions, systems, and data sources for product prototype and realization.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Knowledge:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field is required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data and analytics with at least 2 years managing a data analytics team.
• Proficiency in AWS Redshift, Python, Business Objects, and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• A solid understanding of SAP, Salesforce, statistics, and mathematics.
• Proven ability in developing and monitoring effective KPIs and metrics.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging between $69,520 and $104,280 annually, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
