Your New Role: SVP, Global Head of Data & Analytics

As the SVP, Global Head of Data & Analytics (D&A) within Roche’s Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development organization (pRED), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of drug discovery and early clinical development. Reporting directly to the Head of pRED and a key member of the pRED Leadership Team, you will set the vision and strategy for D&A to transform patient outcomes through advanced data and analytical solutions.

Leading a dynamic team, you will act as a chief ambassador for pRED, both within the Roche R&D network and beyond, overseeing functions like Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and Computational Medicine. This role calls for a visionary leader with a knack for fostering world-class scientific communities and propelling our organization towards a future where digital science augments traditional research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Your strategic oversight will ensure the integration and enhancement of D&A capabilities across pRED, helping to accelerate innovation and increase the efficacy of drug development processes. You will be instrumental in:

• Developing and leading the global D&A strategy in alignment with Roche’s overarching goals.
• Empowering and expanding our D&A team, ensuring they can leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
• Enhancing decision-making processes and fostering a data-driven culture within pRED.
• Collaborating closely with global functions to drive forward the D&A agenda.

Who You Are
