Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to optimize clinical trials using complex RWE and clinical data.
• Collaborate with discovery and development teams to align with corporate goals.
• Develop a strategic vision to streamline our clinical development processes through data science.
• Communicate complex data science concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and lead a team of experts in data science (AI, RWE) and clinical development.

Who You Are

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of data science experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the biopharma or techbio industry.
• Deep understanding of clinical development processes, especially in oncology.
• Proven track record of enhancing clinical trial design and execution through data science methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in the biopharma industry.
• Publications in data science or clinical development conferences/journals are a plus.
