Key Tools & Technologies

• Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Server
• PostgresSQL & SQL Server Management Studio
• Microsoft Stack: Excel, Outlook, Power BI, Teams
• Cloud & Scripting: Azure, Python
• Project Management: Jira, Confluence

Main Responsibilities

• Create and manage datasets from various sources using SQL and Tableau.
• Optimize data architecture and user experience under best practices.
• Communicate complex data in a straightforward way to different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance data infrastructure.
• Analyze requirements with government and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants must be U.S. citizens residing in the U.S. and able to pass an IT-I background check. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field with substantial professional experience in data visualization and Tableau is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting and government contracting work.
• Detailed knowledge of SQL Server backend management and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data science or statistical modeling is a plus.

Application and Compensation Details

The position is eligible for remote work under the classification Virginia Remote Office (VA99). Salary ranges from $95,776 to $162,819, dependent on experience and qualifications.
