Job Title: Tableau/PowerBI Developer (A.Con)

Location: This position requires working from the office on all working days.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university. A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred and will be highly regarded.

Experience Required:

• Data Visualization and Analytics: Good development experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Data Modeling and ETL Tools: Proficient in data modeling using SQL. Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx will be considered an advantage.
• Scripting and Data Analysis: Basic experience with any scripting language, preferably Python. The ability to perform data analysis using Python will add value.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must be capable of explaining technical concepts, project complexities, solutions, and challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-Driven Insights: Proven experience in generating data-driven insights and presenting them to clients through stories or dashboards.
• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile working methodology is crucial.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
