About the AI, Data & Digital Transformation division 

The AI, Data & Digital Transformation team supports its clients in innovating and adopting new technologies, primarily AI, data mastery and the transformation of IS and associated businesses and organizations.

Job Description

As part of the development of our offers, the AI, Data & Digital Transformation division is recruiting senior consultants, managers, and directors. 

As a specialist in business issues, governance, and functional data architecture, you will support Talan Consulting's clients to meet 3 challenges of mastering their data:   

• Define a strategic vision of the data and the associated governance principles (framework, roadmap, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Protection)

• Mobilize and unite business and IS actors around a transversal governance of data and its valuation through its uses   

• Equip with the architecture and tools to optimize the data life cycle and its valuation    

You will intervene in various sectors to: 

• Define the data strategy of the organization and support their Data Driven transformation

• Define and implement data governance for our clients 

• Define, build and implement Data Offices and Data Factories 

• Support the management of our clients in identifying and launching new use cases using advanced data analysis (Data Science/AI) 

• Participate in the definition and development of innovation portfolios and internal data offerings 

• Participate in calls for tenders and commercial proposals 

• Play a mentoring role for our consultants 

You will also contribute to the enrichment of the offer construction and their commercialization:   

• Publication of situation notes    

• Evolution of offers and their marketing supports   

• Construction and delivery of training courses (in collaboration with the Data offer holders of other Talan entities)

Qualifications

Your profile: 

• You have graduated from a top business or engineering school, a management school or a university master's program; 

• You have skills and aptitudes on topics related to data, AI/ML, Analytics; 

• You have experience and expertise on the principles of data management, data governance and/or on data protection; 

• You have knowledge or interest in data technologies and architectures; 

• You have recognized experience in the consulting sector; 

• You have an interest in business development and team management;
