Your Future Role within QRT

As a Data Analytics Intern in our Talent Development team under the HR Division, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding global operation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive data analyses to support various projects focused on identifying development gaps and fostering culture alignment.
• Managing the data lifecycle, from collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identifying opportunities to automate processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Proposing innovative strategies to leverage human capital data for business objective support.
• Creating and maintaining self-service dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and stakeholder reports.
• Keeping abreast of the latest processes, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and data science, and sharing insights with the team.

Your Present Skill Set

We are looking for a recent graduate who possesses the following qualifications:

• Degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python and its associated libraries (Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• A keen interest in data with an enthusiasm for analyzing large datasets.
• Previous experience in managing mixed-method data projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to assist other team members.
