Team Lead, Machine Learning Developer As the Team Lead, Machine Learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development of machine learning solutions. You will head a skilled team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, working with cross-functional teams to create, develop, and implement AI models that address complex problems and drive business success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, facilitating their growth. - Cooperate with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and transform them into projects. - Create and implement innovative ML models and algorithms. - Supervise the complete ML process, from data collection to deployment. - Stay updated with the latest ML and AI developments and enforce best practices. - Employ advanced analytics and visualization for data-driven decisions. - Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of ML solutions. - Carry out research to incorporate advanced ML techniques.
