Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with in-depth expertise in Generative AI. Your role will be key in developing cutting-edge AI models and systems, driving innovation, and pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced Generative AI models, focusing on text and image generation, and fine-tuning AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Research and explore emerging trends and techniques in the field of generative AI to stay at the forefront of innovation.
• Evaluate and fine-tune models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the company's technical knowledge base.

Primary Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• End-to-end understanding of backend workflows.
• Good understanding of chatbots and dialogue flows.
• Familiarity with NoSQL and unstructured data.
• Willingness to work on POCs and technical evaluations.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
• Experience in feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for scalable model deployment.

Secondary Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
• Familiarity with computer vision and image processing techniques.
• Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing.

Innovation and Technical Skills:

• Proven track record of developing innovative AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Basic understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.
