This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our data management systems crucial to both our business operations and our service platform clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, you will:

• Develop architectural targets that align with business needs and IT strategies, managing risks and costs effectively.
• Create, test, and implement new IT modules/solutions while ensuring high code quality and applying best practices such as Sonar.
• Advance DevOps practices within the team, and manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure and technologies.
• Provide advanced support for our Data Information Systems and promote IT security and sustainability initiatives.
• Enhance code efficiency through the identification and development of shared functions and APIs.
• Facilitate team communication through regular updates, feedback sessions, and progress reports to management.
• Maintain and enrich technical documentation using Confluence and participate in the recruitment of new developers.
