Job Title: Technical Architect (SCPO - Planning)
Role Scope:
As a Blue Yonder Technical Architect within our Professional Services team, you will lead the delivery of product implementation and related integrations. You will be architecting, designing, and leading a dynamic technical team on various projects, collaborating closely with our customers and internal architects.
The team currently boasts over 80 associates in India, with plans for rapid expansion. If you have a passion for new technologies, cutting-edge products, and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, this role is for you.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in operating systems like Windows and Unix.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and databases such as Oracle and MS SQL Server, SQL/PL SQL.
- Experience with SCPO Platform implementation.
- Next-gen skills in Data Science, Data Analytics, Agile, Python, AI/ML, Cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS), and emerging databases (Snowflake, MongoDB, NoSQL).
Professional Attributes:

- Exceptional organization and project documentation skills.

Domain Knowledge:
An in-depth understanding of Supply Chain Planning and its integration with other systems. Industry-specific experience is a notable plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical consultants and developers on solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects at the customer site or offshore.
- Estimate implementation workload, assess business needs, and develop technical solutions to meet functional and technical customer needs.
- Design and develop platform workflows, user interfaces, integration scripts, data mapping, data modeling, and data loading.
- Provide quality assurance, design reviews, environment setup, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions.
- Accelerate Time-to-Value for customers by delivering iteratively in short cycles.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred) with 7-14 years of software industry experience.
- Strong programming experience and problem-solving skills.
- Technical background with expertise in Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience in performance tuning techniques, PL/SQL, database, ETL, Perl scripting.
- Experience leading, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of web technologies and API fundamentals, cloud platforms, and architectural design (Azure, Microservices, Multi-Tenant).
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO Platform.
