Opportunity: Technical Fellow in Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)

At Acumatica, we are looking for a Technical Fellow for AI and ML to lead our ambitious initiatives. This influential role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is pivotal in shaping our AI & ML strategy, driving innovation and transforming our service offerings internally and for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and pitch AI & ML strategy proposals to top management, detailing value and implementation plans.
• Establish and oversee company-wide AI governance and policy creation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert AI strategies into actionable roadmaps.
• Provide leadership and set clear objectives for AI teams, aiming for ground-breaking achievements in AI applications.
• Communicate progress and insights on AI initiatives to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to lead strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
• Enhance Acumatica's standing in the AI field through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field; advanced degree in AI or ML highly preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience leading AI/ML teams, ideally in a SaaS or cloud computing environment.
• Proven success in developing AI solutions applicable to business needs.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of ML & AI technologies and their application in the SaaS industry.
• Experience in M&A and partnerships in the AI domain is beneficial.

The salary range for this role is $225,000-$275,000, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including bonuses and potentially stock options, specific to role and performance.
