Role Overview:

As a TPM at Meta, your role will focus on driving revolutionary AI research and translating these advancements into real-world applications. Engage directly with top-tier research scientists and engineers across a variety of domains including exploratory, focused, and applied research. This position demands a robust hands-on background in AI and research, coupled with a proactive approach to problem solving through technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute on cross-functional programs that address technical and business challenges.
• Oversee projects from inception to delivery, setting strategic direction and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and cross-functional partners to define project requirements and success metrics.
• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and rectifying process inefficiencies across the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 7 years of experience in software, systems, or hardware engineering, or in technical program/product management.
• Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
