5+ years of experience in building scalable and sustainable tools and platforms for Machine Learning (ML).
5+ years of program management experience.

Proven track record of managing cross-functional or cross-team projects for 5+ years.
Experience in developing user-facing data tools through active collaboration with customers.
Deep understanding of ML data infrastructure.
Proven ability to identify and resolve potential issues with ML data tool usage.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range from $142,000 to $211,000, based on geographical location and experience, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to define project streams, schedules, resources, and milestones.
  • Ensure project alignment and cohesion across various stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project statuses to diverse audiences, including technical teams and executive management.
  • Champion process improvements and strategic problem-solving within the team.
  • Directly engage with important clients, promote our ML Data Platform and develop key performance indicators and data quality metrics for project success.
