Role Overview

Harvey empowers some of the world's largest companies and their law firms to understand legal documents and automate legal work efficiently. Our platform is built on trust, security, and compliance, enabling smooth business operations for our clients. As a Technical Program Manager, Security and Trust, you will report directly to our Head of Security and oversee the operational management of our security and trust functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual compliance certifications for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.
• Use Vanta for continuous compliance monitoring and perform periodic required tasks.
• Collaborate with consultants to produce evidence for auditors.
• Leverage AI tools to answer customer security questionnaires, review outputs, and optimize them continually.
• Maintain and enhance internal and external security documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Security.
• 3+ years of experience in roles requiring high project management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Broad understanding of various security topics.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and consultants.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a plus.
• Technical writing experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Based on market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $280,000. Adjustments may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Additionally, this role offers participation in our equity plan and benefits program, which includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
