Who We Are Looking For

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner to join our team supporting USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. This role requires extensive travel.

As part of HII-MT, you will deliver mission-critical engineering and technical services to sectors such as Information Technology, Federal Civilian, National Security, Aerospace & Defense, and International government and commercial clients in over 100 locations globally.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, geography, and biographic and vulnerability targets.
  • Prepare assessments based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of both classified and open-source information.
  • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and maximize operations.
  • Collect data using standard intelligence methods and business processes.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 3 years with a Master’s degree; or 0 years with a PhD/JD; or a High School Diploma/equivalent with 9 years relevant experience.
  • Graduated from the TSCM Fundamental Course, Inter-Agency Training Center, Fort Washington, Maryland.
  • Experience in TSCM performing tasks such as Advice & Assistance, Executive Travel Support, Penetration Investigations, In-Conference Monitoring, Technical Threat Briefs, and Countermeasures Recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Possess and maintain TS-SCI clearance.
  • Valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a DoD or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Obtain IAT Level II or higher certifications within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience with TSCM involving devices like RAIDER III, STC, DART, Network Guard, ISU8, Cory Micronics, and current networked RF receivers.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level officers and officials across all services and levels.
  • Computer software literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of/experience in a joint service environment.
