The Galaxy Program

The Galaxy program brings together Celonauts from various locations into a dedicated onboarding initiative, transforming recent graduates into highly skilled Services professionals within 12 months.

The Role: Technology Consultant - Galaxy Graduate Program

Launch your career in the enterprise software industry by joining the Galaxy Graduate Program as an Associate Galaxy Celonaut. Over a 12-month period, the structured Galaxy Program will help you learn and deliver value to our customers, guiding you through the Celonis value journey.

Through the program’s cohort structure and rotational nature, you'll develop expertise across technology, implementation cycles, innovation and automation approaches, enablement, support, and customer engagement best practices.

The Work You’ll Do

As a CS Galaxy Celonaut, you'll combine learning with hands-on experience to fully understand the post-sale customer experience:

• Engage in practical assignments across customer projects to accelerate digital transformation and drive Celonis’ market expansion
• Deploy high-value use cases and optimize data for analysis through complex data transformations
• Collaborate with consultants to develop analyses and precise KPI calculations integrated into customer solutions
• Support EMS implementations for customers and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Develop individual Python scripts using Machine Learning Workbench (MLWB) for efficient data transmission to EMS
• Collaborate with the Celonis Academy team to create custom enablement plans and train customer analysts and business users
• Rotate between various teams within the Celonis Services organization, including customer-facing implementation consulting, technical onboarding, support, and global programs

The Qualifications You Need

We’re looking for problem solvers who think outside the box and aren’t afraid to make and learn from mistakes:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field
• First working experience in (IT-) Consulting or a related area through internships
• Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining

You’ll be successful as an Associate Galaxy Celonaut if you:

• Enjoy interacting with various customers
• Understand and can interpret business processes
• Have strong analytical skills and basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages (Python, R, Matlab)
• Seek a steep learning curve and continuous knowledge expansion
• Have proficient English skills (additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Portuguese are advantageous)
