We are seeking a dynamic Technology Specialist - Machine Learning (ML) to join our Global Black Belt (GBB) organization, a team of highly specialized technical professionals within our Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions organization (MCAPS).

Role Overview

In this role, you will act as a technical solution expert in our Artificial Intelligence (AI) commercial solution area, working closely with strategic customers to develop their AI strategies. You will lead strategic technical customer engagements, including delivering architectural design sessions, pilots for ML platforms, development of Proof of Concept (PoC) ML models, and advising on best practices for Enterprise Machine Learning systems.

Your responsibilities will involve creating Generative AI-powered applications integrated within our broader AI portfolio, aiming to demonstrate business use case value to customers. Collaborate with a virtual team comprising technical, partner, and consulting resources to increase the adoption of Azure and AI services, focusing on Machine Learning and AI Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new AzureML engagements by demonstrating technical and business value through workshops and MVP solutions for business and technical decision-makers.
• Provide deep ML and Deep Learning expertise to support the technical relationship with Azure customers, including product and solution briefings and PoC work.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructure to successfully implement comprehensive solutions using best practices on Azure AI.
• Support developers and enterprises in leveraging open-source and developed ML/Deep Learning models to build their own AI products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to top customers by helping them understand and incorporate AI/ML accelerators into their overall cloud strategy.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will typically have:

• 7+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or an equivalent role; a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field may substitute for some experience.
• At least 3 years of AI solution positioning experience in enterprise public cloud-based solutions, such as Azure ML.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish fluency as an additional preference.
• Experience with AI Models, Large Language Models, and AI specialized infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with core machine learning concepts and tools like TensorFlow, MLflow, Jupyter notebooks, etc.
