Job Description
Razorfish is currently seeking a Temporary Director for our Data Science and Analytics team until the end of 2024. In this role, you'll lead a custom analytics team, providing data-driven marketing insights directly aligned with one of our reputable clients. This position involves close collaboration with other data scientists, client teams, and professionals across various disciplines including Client Management, Media, Strategy, User Experience, and Technology.
You will own the data journey end-to-end, serving as a key data science partner to our client teams, managing engagements, and setting clear project deliverables and timelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic measurement plans and learning agendas.
- Ensure the successful implementation of data strategies, meeting measurement goals and maintaining data integrity.
- Apply advanced analytical methods and collaborate with specialists (Data Science/Engineering/Instrumentation) to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Incorporate statistical concepts into relevant projects and utilize advanced analytic resources when necessary.
- Offer insights on the long-term implications of data findings across various channels.
- Lead cross-capability projects, integrating data capabilities with overall strategic goals.
- Provide thought leadership by introducing innovative methods to enhance client marketing objectives and data maturity.
- Address key client needs, offering strategy and solutions, and maintaining a strong client partnership.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in various analytical, ad tech, and martech tools across multiple platforms such as Adobe, Google, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and programming languages (R, Python, SQL).
- In-depth experience with CRM analytics including Web, App, Push, SMS, Email, Social, etc.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to challenge conventions and drive improvements.

Compensation Range: $62-105/hr, with compensation packages tailored to the qualifications and experience of the candidate, along with comprehensive benefits.
