Role Summary

We're currently seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead the testing strategy for our base software and ecosystem components within the groundbreaking Off-Highway Vehicles project.

Key Responsibilities

As a Test Architect, you will:

  • Lead the coordination and management of all testing activities for BSW and ecosystem components, ensuring integration and adherence to specifications.
  • Handle system integration testing, BSW component testing, acceptance testing, and ongoing maintenance of testing infrastructure, including Hardware-in-Loop (HiL).
  • Develop testing system architecture and optimize testing processes to enhance software quality.
  • Set up and manage test environments, execute tests (both manual and automated), and review system test cases and results.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years in complex embedded safety system, ECU testing, or automotive ECU testing.
  • Expertise in test management tools like IBM ALM, ECU-Test, or TPT, and HiL environments such as ETAS, dSPACE, or NI.
  • Proficiency in CAPL scripting, Python, and a solid grasp of embedded software architectures.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication in English, with readiness for occasional travel, primarily to Germany.

Desirable:

  • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent experience in MIL and SIL testing environments.
  • Experience with localization or safety systems based on LIDARs, and familiarity with CI/CD environments.
