This role involves managing critical data resources, developing efficient data strategies, and ensuring compliance across various testing environments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Strategic Development: Formulating and executing long-term strategies for enterprise test data management.
• Data Analysis and Process Design: Estimating tasks, analyzing requirements, and implementing test data management (TDM) solutions.
• Data Provisioning: Identifying the type of data needed for both manual and automated tests and provisioning data for QA, user acceptance, and performance testing.
• Process Optimization: Creating consistent, repeatable processes for data identification, masking, and refreshing.
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring all test data processes comply with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations.
• Automation: Enhancing efficiency by automating the test data generation process and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should possess:

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with TDM tools, service and data virtualization technologies, and strong programming skills in Java, Scala, and SQL.
• Automation Experience: Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium and UIPath, and expertise in database technologies including Big data/Hadoop, Teradata, and SQL Server.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior work experience in the financial sector, particularly in Wealth and Asset Management, is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
