Job Description: Test Manager with Test Automation Experience

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead, mentor, and manage a team of software testers. This role involves conducting performance reviews, facilitating career development, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Test Management Tools: Proficiency in JIRA with XRAY and Azure.

Test Automation Frameworks and Tools: Experience with Cucumber, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Cypress.

Gen AI Tools: Knowledge of Python, AI-ML/NLP, Langchain, Vector DB, RAG, Multi Agents, and SQL DB.

Certification: ISTQB Test Manager (Advanced).

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (BE).

Experience

8-10 years of relevant experience.
