At State Street, we are leaders in providing comprehensive financial services, including investment serving, data & analytics, and more. We are currently seeking a skilled Threat Intelligence Data and Engineering (TIDE) Analyst to enhance our Cyber Threat Intelligence capabilities.

The Role

As a TIDE Analyst, you will be pivotal in operationalizing threat intelligence tools and technologies, aligning data strategies, and developing analytic insights to secure and protect our digital and financial assets. This role requires collaboration with diverse security, engineering, and architecture teams, and leverages your experience in cyber threat intelligence analysis, platform configuration, or engineering.

This position supports a hybrid work model, accommodating both remote and in-office activities to suit your lifestyle and role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques and operationalize tools to provide unique insights into threat intelligence.
• Align intelligence collection with priority requirements to enhance security outcomes.
• Support the development and evaluation of new security tools and processes.
• Engage in key projects, providing tailored analytic products to stakeholders.
• Maintain and grow partnerships with technology and third-party data providers.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven background in cyber threat intelligence, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in CTI platforms, malware analysis, SIEM technologies, and related security tools.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex intelligence in an accessible manner.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying and deploying innovative security solutions.
• Advanced degree in information systems or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in cloud technologies and automation tools such as Python, REST API, among others, is preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,500 annually, dependent on location and experience.
