Exciting Career Opportunity: Trainee Consultant Business Intelligence (m/w/d)

As a Trainee Consultant Business Intelligence at CBTW, you'll play a pivotal role at the intersection of data analysis and business strategy, providing our clients with actionable insights and solutions. This position is perfect for those who excel in deciphering complex data and transforming it into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in advising clients on the development and implementation of Business Intelligence strategies and solutions.
• Participate in the analysis of business data and processes to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate on designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions and dashboards for data visualization.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients for the effective use of BI tools and platforms.
• Actively participate in the continuous development of skills in BI technologies, methods, and best practices.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a related field.
• Experience or internships in Business Intelligence or data analysis is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Cognos Analytics, SAS VA, SAP Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Knowledge of Python or basic programming skills is ideal.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
