Job Overview

We're seeking a Junior Data & Accounting Analyst to enhance our Client Onboarding Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and understanding client needs through continuous improvement in our onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

As a Trainee Data and Accounting Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Data & Accounting Analysts with executing data migrations for new clients transitioning to Aztec systems.
  • Reconcile and transfer data, including mapping general ledgers and transaction types.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data extraction or loading issues during migrations.
  • Ensure optimal system set-up for new clients/entities across FIA, Yardi, and Viewpoint to maximize system functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Centre of Excellence and Operations team to adopt best practices and identify automation opportunities for improved migration efficiencies.
  • Escalate issues affecting the onboarding process in a timely manner.

Skills and Expertise

Applicants should possess the following skills and expertise:

  • Relevant educational qualifications or work experience demonstrating a potential career in accounting.
  • Accountancy experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Interest in data management technology.
  • Awareness of Aztec's jurisdictions, products, and services.
  • Effective internal and external communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and proactively address problems.
  • Alignment with Aztec Group values and a continuous improvement mindset.

Training Opportunities
