Job Description

As a Data Analytics Trainee, you will lend vital support to our Control and Data Analytics team. You'll engage with leading-edge technology to integrate field data into our SCADA control centers, enhancing data quality and promoting efficient energy use across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support enhancements and maintenance of the SCADA systems for both primary and backup remote control centers.
  • Assist in the implementation and follow-up of remote monitoring and control integration projects, coordinating tests with on-site teams at power plants and substations.
  • Enhance signal availability and quality at power plants and substations through proactive analysis and maintenance.
  • Develop descriptive and diagnostic analyses of trends and alarms to aid the maintenance areas.
  • Upgrade existing visualization tools and implement AI models for asset health monitoring and fault prediction.
  • Create digital solutions or initiatives in line with departmental goals and the annual plan.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience in integrating control systems in lab or field settings preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL database management.
  • Expertise in Python programming.
  • Experience with PLC programming and SCADA software utilization.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerQuery, and intermediate skills in Power BI.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
