Job Description

We are seeking competent associates who are interested in big data analysis and data mining algorithm development.

During your job, you will be required to implement and adapt software algorithms for the analysis of automatic transmission controller production data.

Through your dedicated and precise work, you will be able to enhance the quality of our automatic transmission control unit production, ensuring that no hidden defects persist in our units.

Your contribution to something big:

As a big data analyst and data mining algorithm developer trainee, you will:

- Analyze large datasets obtained during the production of an automatic transmission control unit

- Research and implement the appropriate data analysis methods to produce intelligent solutions and improve decision making, taking into account customer requirements, reliability theory, automotive standards, and legal regulations

- Design and optimize both the data acquisition process and analytics workflows

- Lead open discussions, provide clear communication and answers with your data, deliver results according to project timelines and quality expectations, and create reports in English

- Continually improve analytic workflows for performance based on user feedback

- Actively collaborate and share methodologies with your internal and external partners in manufacturing

Qualifications

What sets you apart:

- BSc, MSc or PhD ongoing studies in computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar in Hungary

- Strong Python programming skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Excellent statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of version control

- Experience with managing large databases

- Precise work style, good planning, time management and organizational skills, active tracking of tasks

- Very good communication skills in English

- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
