Job Description: Transformation Data Specialist - Data Enablement

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, we are looking for a dynamic Transformation Data Specialist to enhance our Data Enablement processes. This role focuses on the development and implementation of strategies across various areas including Process Mining, Data Governance, Party Data Management, and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Data Enablement strategies within our transformation division.
• Collaborate with Development, Data Office, and Centres of Excellence to ensure the integration of new concepts into our future state data platforms.
• Drive the establishment of best practice standards for Data Enableable concepts.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster alignment and emphasize the importance of strategic planning in Data Enablement.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in developing and advancing Data Enablement concepts.
• Proven ability to set and guide standards for exemplary implementations.
• Adept in keeping pace with data trends and technologies.
• Highly motivated with a track record of enhancing business processes through innovative data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
