At Autodesk's Trust Governance team, we are in search of a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst who is enthusiastic about utilizing data to drive organizational change. This role involves partnering with various internal stakeholders across Trust and Autodesk to deliver clear, actionable insights that enhance our Trust risk posture. Your expertise in creating and managing KPIs at both program and organizational levels will be crucial in ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Location

This role is available in Toronto, Ontario or as a Remote position within Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data trends to pinpoint Trust-related issues and spearhead operational enhancements.
  • Develop KPIs that translate Trust objectives into quantifiable metrics.
  • Create compelling data stories through presentations and visualizations to deliver influential customer insights.
  • Serve as a critical business analytics partner by leading analytical projects and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships, setting clear expectations for project deliverables and timelines.
  • Work collaboratively on insight-driven tool development and provide ongoing dashboard support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analytics within the software industry.
  • Advanced skills in SQL or similar database query languages, as well as in Power BI, Looker, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of R, Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience in developing automated reporting and ETL processes.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and a passion for improving digital customer experiences.
