Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Product Management Lead Analyst in the USA to enhance the value of our clients' data assets through smart technology and strategic insight. This role demands a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise, aimed at understanding client needs and driving impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Product Management Lead Analyst, you will:

• Forge and execute a vision for maximizing the value of data assets.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure project milestones are met and to tackle any challenges that arise.
• Create advanced status reports for diverse stakeholders and automate reporting processes.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business functions, tools, and market trends to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Design and refine technical strategies that align with client business goals.
• Advocate for and implement process improvements, leveraging your deep understanding of data-driven technologies and market needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A solid background in Data Analysis, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
• Proven experience in agile project environments, fluent in using JIRA for managing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A consultative approach to problem-solving and an ability to influence stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of the data industry, its tools, best practices, and technologies including ETL processes, SaaS integrations, and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript/NodeJS, with strong familiarity with database designs and administrative practices on both cloud and on-prem systems.
