Are you passionate about data analytics and ready to take your career to the next level? Join our team at Bitsight as we’re looking for a dedicated Manager of Data Analytics to spearhead medium-to-large analytics projects and contribute significantly to our long-term strategies.
As a Manager of Data Analytics, you’ll lead project teams in complex analytic endeavors, serving as the technical lead. Your role involves:
You will present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders by developing robust data models and identifying key trends that drive business actions.
Coordinate complete dataset development, design statistical models, and evaluate results to present clear conclusions and actionable recommendations to support business needs.
Oversee hiring, training, and mentoring initiatives, and promote values of diversity and inclusive team building. Ensure associates have opportunities to grow and meet business objectives.
Implement action plans to ensure adherence to company policies and ethics. Manage business intelligence solutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, while supporting regulatory requirements.
Develop custom reports, guide best practices, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success, all while identifying potential performance improvements and streamlining reporting processes.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $155,000, with opportunities for additional performance bonuses and stock options.
