Position Summary

As a Manager of Data Analytics, you’ll lead project teams in complex analytic endeavors, serving as the technical lead. Your role involves:

• Developing and executing project goals with business partners
• Creating contingency plans for data analysis
• Determining the necessity for advanced analysis methodologies
• Conducting statistical modeling across various business areas
• Executing work streams and directing data analysis
• Gathering and communicating data insights and results to teams and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Data Insights and Recommendations

You will present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders by developing robust data models and identifying key trends that drive business actions.

Drive Investigative Analytics Strategy

Coordinate complete dataset development, design statistical models, and evaluate results to present clear conclusions and actionable recommendations to support business needs.

Supervision and Development Opportunities

Oversee hiring, training, and mentoring initiatives, and promote values of diversity and inclusive team building. Ensure associates have opportunities to grow and meet business objectives.

Ensure Compliance and Business Intelligence Development

Implement action plans to ensure adherence to company policies and ethics. Manage business intelligence solutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, while supporting regulatory requirements.

Implement Compliance Reporting Strategy

Develop custom reports, guide best practices, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success, all while identifying potential performance improvements and streamlining reporting processes.

Salary Range

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $155,000, with opportunities for additional performance bonuses and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without a degree

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates may also possess:

• Experience in business analysis and reporting, proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical modeling software
