Key Responsibilities:

You will collaborate closely with software and quality engineering teams to lead large-scale research studies. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and moderating complex, technical user studies.
• Driving data collection processes to optimize product development timelines.
• Engaging with external vendors to meet research deliverables.
• Providing actionable insights from user studies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensuring strict adherence to study protocols while advocating for user experience.

Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in conducting in-person user studies and data collections.
• Strong project management and leadership skills capable of inspiring teams.
• Excellent communicator with abilities to address varying technical challenges.
• A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Cognitive Science.

Compensation & Benefits:

Apple offers a competitive salary range from $132,300 to $241,500 based on your experience and qualifications.
