We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated UX Researcher in our Enterprise Data and Engineering team at Google. This role is essential in guiding product development by understanding and advocating for user needs across high impact projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

To join our team, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates who have:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise product, B2B product, workplace solutions, or Enterprise Data.
  • Expertise in various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and solid principles of research design.

  • Directing the strategic outlook of projects by performing comprehensive analysis or synthesis of known user, product, or business needs.
  • Conducting and analyzing user research through mixed-method approaches, including but not limited to usability studies, diary studies, literature reviews, and surveys.
