Job Description:

Become an instrumental part of our Tech - Venture Development Team and gain hands-on experience while working alongside senior leadership and tech leads on groundbreaking projects. Handle project management independently, particularly in the areas of data analytics, automations, tech integration, and CRM management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive projects from inception to successful implementation, managing end-to-end processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions using your analytical abilities.
• Take charge of designing, planning, and executing inter-departmental programs and initiatives in technological development.
• Work closely with various departments and senior leadership to actively contribute to Enpal's growth story.
• Engage in a dynamic work environment that recognizes your expertise and offers room for new ideas and professional development.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should have a degree at the intersection of Business Administration and Computer Science, or a similar field. You should possess:

• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in data and technology.
• Proactivity and a solution-oriented approach, balancing strategic thinking with action.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data preparation and presentation.
• Experience in dashboard solutions like Tableau is desirable.
• At least B2 level proficiency in German.
