The Core AI & Data Platforms Team has been formed to advance our Enterprise AI, BI, and Data capabilities. Our goal is to expedite time-to-market for reporting, analytics, and data science teams. This enables them to run experiments, train models, generate insights, and enhance the CoCounsel application and its AI Assistant features.

It serves as a comprehensive ecosystem of collaborative services, tools, and infrastructure, empowering technical and non-technical users to seamlessly develop, evaluate, deploy, and monitor AI solutions tailored to diverse business use cases.
The AI Platform emphasizes transparency, reusability of prompts, models, and workflows, and swift integration of emerging AI frameworks like Generative AI. It aims to redefine AI solution landscapes, whether for experimentation or production environments.
About the Role
As the Vice President, AI Platform, you will be responsible for building, operating, and evolving the AI Platform to support the adoption of AI by technical and non-technical users alike. You will engage with data science, engineering, and product teams across the company to prioritize and deliver features that maximize value for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, operate, and evolve a multi-cloud AI Platform, including advanced tooling for prompting, evaluations, and AI Agent-centric workflows.
- Standardize and automate the path to production for AI solutions.
- Automate model development lifecycle, DevOps, model validation, and lineage.
- Manage model operations capabilities, including monitoring for model drift, testing for ethics and bias.
- Provide training and support to a wide user base with varying expertise levels.
- Implement strong security and privacy-enhancing technologies and methods.
- Maintain transparency, tracking, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure a diverse and inclusive organization while driving team growth.
- Collaborate with all parts of our organization to foster an AI-driven culture.
- Achieve financial plan targets and drive productivity improvements.
This role will partner across the Product, Data & Analytics, and Product Engineering organizations to:
- Automate Data and Model Governance processes (with the Responsible AI team).
- Drive the GenAI Platform agenda, integrating with Content and ensuring a seamless path to production.
About You
You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering frameworks.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development and deployment.
- Experience working in large, geographically dispersed organizations.
- Proven leadership and development of highly effective teams.
- 10+ years of software development leadership and/or executive roles.
- Extensive experience creating and executing technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern web/SaaS technologies.
- Experience presenting strategy and operational updates to senior executives.
- Strong prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to create momentum even with partial guidance or information.
