Position: Vice President of Global Data Engineering
We are searching for a Vice President of Global Data Engineering to guide us through the next phase of growth. With a reputation built on delivering incredible client results, we have contracts with some of the globe's most renowned companies. We need a visionary leader to help us scale, manage larger and more strategic projects, and develop future leaders while maintaining our positive engineering culture.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years in a delivery leadership role within professional services or consulting organizations.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery teams, talent development, training programs, compensation plans, and fostering a culture of delivery excellence.
- Accountable for hiring forecasts aligned with revenue targets, ensuring timely project resourcing.
- Responsible for key global delivery metrics such as utilization and gross margin.
- Building a global team of high performers through top talent acquisition, performance management, reviews, goal setting, and career path development.
- Experience in developing and executing team objectives and results that align with company goals.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, operations, or related field.
