Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary VP, Business Intelligence to lead our Data Science & Analytics team at Botrista. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on engaging clients with actionable economic insights and propelling strategic thought in our evolving business scenario.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver impactful data and analytics solutions to our customers to shape menu choices and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships within the company to leverage data for optimal business results.
• Direct and develop a high-performing analytics team; fostering data literacy across the organization.
• Develop frameworks and metrics to define the scope and priority of projects, ensuring resources are optimally allocated.
• Champion strategic business intelligence goals, aligning with broader company objectives.
• Design and oversee advanced reporting and data tools for autonomous, data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer engagement to uncover growth opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Over 10 years in Analytics and/or Business Intelligence, backed by a solid grasp of statistical models and data extraction methods.
• Proven leadership prowess with a track record of motivating high-achieving teams.
• Proficiency in various data visualization tools and reporting interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to travel as required to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Food and Beverage or restaurant industries is highly advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. Compensation commensurate with experience.
