Salary Range: $180,000—$230,000 USD

Role Summary

The Business Intelligence team at Mediahub collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing data analytics and measurement to optimize media spending. As the Director, you will lead high-quality analytic services, support new business development, and foster your team's professional growth. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to offer exceptional media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced analytic roadmaps aligned with client needs, including audience targeting, multivariate testing, and optimization strategies.
  • Exhibit deep understanding of digital and media ecosystems, integrating online/offline attribution, and enhancing media performance through innovative methodologies.
  • Serve as a knowledge leader and 'go-to' expert for specialized analytic services, leading complex projects and ensuring timely, quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for cross-selling and organic growth, and support new business pitches.
  • Contribute to agency-wide initiatives, representing and promoting Mediahub through industry engagements and publications.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in media analytics and a passion for innovative, data-driven solutions. Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment, preferably within an agency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with audience and creative evaluation tools, search and social analytics, and media mix modeling.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to influence marketing strategy through data insights.
