Job Summary

As a key member alongside the VP/SVP Supervision, Modeling, and Research, you will oversee our strategic data management initiatives within the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit (SRC) department. If you are a visionary leader passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership: Reinforce data governance frameworks, identify system-wide opportunities, and implement key strategic policies effectively.

Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships across Federal Reserve Systems and with other stakeholders to enhance our data management practices.

Team Leadership: Guide a diverse team of quantitative analysts and economists, encouraging innovative solutions in data analysis and tool development.

Who You Are

You possess a Bachelor’s or an advanced degree in a business-related field, backed by at least 10 years in management and considerable experience in financial services or bank supervision. Your proven leadership skills at an executive level, coupled with robust knowledge of data management, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The VP position offers a salary range of $211,300 - $295,000, while the SVP position ranges from $242,900 - $350,000. We also offer an attractive benefits package, including medical insurance, a 401k plan with employer match, a pension plan, tuition reimbursement, and more.
