Working Student Data Analytics (m/w/d) Your Mission
  • You will be a valued member of our Data & Analytics Pillar within the Revenue Operations Team.
  • You will help to develop and sustain our data sources in Fivetran and work with dbt to construct data models to provide a clean and reliable single source of truth.
  • You will cooperate with our stakeholders to comprehend the details of a business issue, its influence on Alasco's business, and conduct analysis using our BI tool and Google Sheets to deliver valuable and actionable insights.
  • You will keep our KPI definitions and warehouse documentation up-to-date to ensure consistency across departments.
  • You will actively look for ways to enhance, simplify, and scale using data, process, and system analyses that tangibly affect our company's revenue.
  • You will conduct exploratory data analytics to reveal possible insights into root causes, areas of most impact, focal points, and recommended next steps.
Your Profile
  • You are successfully pursuing a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field and are eager to get more practical experience.
  • You have gained your first practical experience with CRM and related tools in the Sales and Marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) for SaaS or technology companies, and are keen to learn more.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of key SaaS concepts, technology landscape, and metrics, and their practical application.
  • You are proficient in SQL and have experience working with BI/Analytics tools and Excel/GSheets.
  • You have robust quantitative skills with a passion for numbers and analytics.
  • You aspire to be a pioneer and assist us in digitizing the construction industry.
  • You have a drive for constant personal and professional development, love to experiment, and are highly proactive.
  • You are proficient in English at a C1/C2 level.
