We're looking for our new Data Engineer to join the team.

We process billions of documents each day to extract leaks containing customer-specific data.

Introducing intelligence at various levels of our processing pipeline is therefore a critical concern for CybelAngel. The mission of our Data Science team is to make our filtering algorithms as smart as possible to streamline and facilitate the processing of security incidents.

Your responsibilities:

Your task will be to construct and enhance our data warehouse, where we concatenate all product and business data. We depend on it to develop our machine learning models and all analyses.

This task will involve:

• Designing and developing sturdy and scalable data pipelines: Build and maintain efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage processes.
• Implementing and optimizing data infrastructure through meta-heuristics and operational research.
• Setting up reliable data pipelines using state-of-the-art methodologies.
• Collaborating with data stakeholders to comprehend their data requirements and assist in designing and implementing solutions that support their needs.

Data Team:

Our Engineering organization comprises 40 passionate individuals, divided into 8 specialized teams.

One of the eight teams is the data team. It has three hubs: data engineering, data analysis, and data science. They enable the company to leverage data by correctly storing, interpreting, and understanding patterns from it.

This job position is open in the first hub, the data engineering one.

• Databases: BigQuery, BigTable
• DAG: Airflow
• ETL: DBT, Fivetran
• Sources: PubSub, Elasticsearch, Google Cloud Storage, Mongo, PostgreSQL
• Other: Datadog, Terraform, GKE (K8S), Gitlab

Requirements:

Eligibility for the "Jeune Docteur" scheme (first employment after PhD defense)
