This is a full-time position based in our Astana office in Kazakhstan. You will be working full time for the Ryte team under the supervision of the Ryte team leader. This role is ideally suited to a highly analytical individual with proven programming experience who can effectively collaborate in a team of highly proficient, highly analytical developers and other healthcare experts. This position is a permanent role: Senior Data Analyst The Role: As a BI Developer with expertise in Dash development, you will be a crucial member of our data analytics team. Your responsibilities will involve transforming data into actionable insights and designing interactive web applications to effectively visualize and communicate these insights. Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making within our organization. Additionally, you must be capable of working effectively with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs while considering the unique challenges and opportunities present in the healthcare industry and regulatory environment. Responsibilities: Translate high-level business needs into data models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards through expert understanding. Understand and analyze business needs (based on healthcare data). Assess risks associated with proposed solutions. Develop and deploy data analysis and reporting solutions using big data technologies and tools. Identify connections between business processes and data sources to take advantage of automation and simplification opportunities. Create efficiencies and eliminate redundancies in existing business processes to ensure a fast and smooth flow between departments. Guide junior data analysts and mentor them. Advocate for the use of technology to improve the quality and efficiency of selected projects. Work as part of the business analytics team. Use your expertise in the Dash framework to design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications and dashboards that empower users to explore data in a user-friendly manner. Utilize your Dash framework proficiency to design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications and dashboards. Create engaging data visualizations, such as interactive charts, graphs, and maps, using Dash and Plotly. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Optimize the performance and responsiveness of Dash applications. Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformations, and dashboard development processes. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis, data visualization, and web development.
