We are seeking a capable Business Data Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience in a quantitative/analytical or similar discipline to join our Supply Chain team at our corporate headquarters at One Loudoun in Ashburn, Virginia. Job Description In this position, the Business Data Analyst will build and refine statistical models to compile and display data from various sources, troubleshoot, and generate reports such as Vendor Balanced Scorecards, Sales and Operations Planning analytics, demand and inventory planning reports, dashboards, key performance indicators, optimization statistics, manage the Open-to-Buy and Out-of-Stock reports, and additional ad-hoc requests. Essential Responsibilities/Duties: - Use robust technical and analytical skills to collect, consolidate, and analyse data from multiple sources and share insights across our Supply Chain team. - Gather data and apply analytical best practices to support the overall supply chain goals and the company's strategic objectives. - Develop solutions to complex business problems by gathering relevant data and information to support financial and business objectives. - Oversee and ensure the integrity and accuracy of relevant data maintained in ERP system (NetSuite) to support the demand, inventory planning and purchasing processes. - Create and present impactful presentations under the supervision of the Supply Chain Director. - Lead bi-weekly and monthly meetings related to targeted KPIs, process improvements and inventory optimization under the guidance of the Supply Chain Director. - Collaborate with IT and various departments in creating scorecards and dashboards related to Supply Chain. - Lead ad-hoc projects within the Supply Chain team and occasionally manage cross-functional projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/analytical or related discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, or Information Systems). - 2-3 years of experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. - 2 years as a Business Analyst in either a direct to consumer (DTC) or business to business (B2B) environment is ideal. - Experience in establishing and managing advanced KPIs and Dashboards. - Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite is a substantial plus. - Possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are easy to understand. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization. - Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information: - The position is open to all US residents legally authorized to work in the US.
