Consultant / Senior Consultant - Data Management M/F/D

Your role:

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be involved in various assignments with our clients in the financial services sector, covering in particular:

• The conducting of diagnostic of the client's situation and available data, strategic recommendations following various studies carried out and presentation to the client,
• The management of Data Science projects: data collection and preparation, proposal and development of predictive and prescriptive statistical tools by implementing innovative analytical techniques in response to the problems posited, validation on real data sets, production of regulatory reporting, etc.
• The support of the industrialization of models and processes in connection with the Data Management Office and IT,
• The participation in the development of innovative POCs around artificial intelligence,
• The acculturation of teams and creation of a data-focused culture.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the animation of our Data community (regulatory watch, communication materials) and contribute to the development of commercial offers in the field of Data Management & Analytics.

The qualities we are looking for:

• Mastery of project management principles, you can rely on real technical expertise in the field of Data Analytics. Knowledge and practice of Data Science tools is essential (Dataiku), programming languages (Python, R, SAS etc.), datamining techniques (factorial analysis, typologies, decision trees, logistic regression, random forest, time series etc.), visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.),
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit, you are keen to actively support the growth of a dynamic consultancy that focuses on close management and you are recognized for your flexibility and creativity,
• Mastery of regulatory reporting (type corep, finrep, pillar 3) and reporting, ESG would be a plus,
• Good predilection and mobility for working with an international network of consultants serving our clients in France and abroad. Fluency in French and English as working languages is essential,
• Holding a degree of Bac+5 type business school, university or engineering school, you have at least 5 years of experience during which you have had the opportunity to participate in projects related to data exploitation, preferably in the financial sector.
